Anytime I have to go to see a Doctor I’m always nervous. For some reason this visit was different, I felt at ease as soon as I walked into the office. The medical staff upfront and back was very polite and helpful, the young lady that took me back to the exam room was nice, she didn’t rush you when walking. “To me that’s a big plus because everyone is not able to walk fast”. Then Dr. Hernandez came into the room and I can tell that she had a great big smile behind her mask, she greeted me, and took her time to explain things to me without rushing through the process. I became more at ease, that showed me that she really care for he patients and want to provide the best care that she possibly could for them. Thank you to everyone for making me visit a pleasant one.

Dr Lena listens, is compassionate and all around wonderful. I am extremely impressed with her professionalism and prompt response and excellent directives. Most unbelievably and very unusual is she is incredibly prompt! It certainly isn't the the biggest part of my review, however, I do think it shows that she respects her clients very much. To that end, I find that incredibly rare and extremely impressive. I simply cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr Lena Hernandez.
