Dr Hernandez reviewed my records and came up with an alternative drug to help my GI issues. I hope it works. I felt very comfortable and at ease meeting her and coming up with an alternate plan.
I am troubled that whoever printed out my portal records had someone else medical history. I was asked for my preferred pharmacy (CVSon 49th) but when the script was sent in, it was sent to another pharmacy. With both issues I hope you have my records corrected.

Excellent experience with all staff except the doctor. Receptionist and nurses were amazing but the doctor was totally not understanding.
