In office visit was fine but very repetitive of the questions completed in the online registration. Online registration signature blocks for the 2nd & 3rd signatures did not work. They would only allow the signing of the 1st letter of my first name, nothing else. Plus all kinds of squiggles, lines & junk appeared that I did not do. After several attempts to sign at the required 2nd & 3rd signature locations, I gave up & just submitted the form. In the waiting room I filled out 3 forms, all of which had questions that were already answered in the online registration. Then I was asked a lot of those same questions by DeAndre (?) & also Dr Hernandez. Is this overkill? I don't understand as it appears to be a waste of time, mine & your staff.

Everyone very thorough and pleasant. One area I think you could improve is shorten the time there. I interacted with four people— spending a little less than 30 minutes with them and the other 30 to 35 minutes was just waiting. I would recommend you.
